happiness comes from....

what do you think...from where does the happiness come??? from inside or it is only bookish language...there is nothing like that...

Happiness is a state of mind , it exists in our mind.Our mind has default setting by the Lord that keeps us happy all the time , such settings are visible in kids, you see kids in affluent society are happy in air conditioned house, healthy food, expensive clothes and toys, and the kids in slum with no electricity, sanitation, negligible food and no toys are as happy as the former. As these kids grow , they want to live the life of elders because the grass on the other side is always green, they adopt this mindset that one has to possess a valid reason to be happy, or else he or she is mad!, they get used to such mindset, This sort of conditioning or rationalization deprives humans from happiness.
