I am currently watching Dragonball Super and Jojo's bizaare adventure. They were the best currently running anime. I already gave on an Attack on Titan season 2, it has been years and still no update.
I can suggest One Punch Man, Dragonball Super and Jojo's bizaare adventures.
Jojo's Bizaare adventures is divided in parts that you need to watch in order. I will guide you how to watch it if you like.

@WorkingBuck Dragonball Super deleted GT out of the canon BTW because the creator hated GT. Jojo's bizaare adventure is the fastest pace anime ever as it has no fillers because the source material is a Manga from the 80's. It took 2012 to have a technology to animate it and it became a hit.
These are the order of it's story arcs:
Phantom Mask
Battle Tendency
Stardust Crusaders
Diamond is unbreakable
Every story arc have a different protagonist so it is always fresh every season.

I have watched some episodes of one punch man and they are cool and funny just like one piece. About DZ super, I have watched a couple of episodes. I grew up watching DZ so I do think it is cool.

@WorkingBuck It is pretty cool since the characters might be Spider Man and Black Cat wannabes or parodies.

@Deepizzaguy I think that is cool, I find parodies really funny, and cool for superheroes.

I have watched some shows on and off for the past few years. Samurai Champloo is the only one that I have started watching & have actually finished but that is because it is so short. I kept up with Naruto for a long time, but then I got a life & got very busy with work & school & just started missing episodes & just never caught back up. Same thing with One Piece and Bleach. I have seen most of Eureka 7, Inuyasha, and Fullmetal Alchemist, as in I have only like 5-7 episodes all together that I haven't seen. Eureka 7, Inuyasha, & Samurai Champloo are three of my top favorites. I honestly think some of them are way to long like Naruto, I feel like after too many episodes it's just not that good anymore or they start to repeat a lot of stuff, but I feel that way about any show and not just anime.

Have you watched the reboot of Full metal alchemist? Full Alchemist Brotherhood is more complete over the original version and it has no fillers

If you like slice of life animes I suggest you to watch Kimi no na wa, Kokoro Connect, Pet Girl in Sakurasou, Kimi ni Todoke. If you like some brutal scenes with killings try Mirai Nikki and Akame ga Kill.
