Pregnancy help

Soon I am going to be mom.I want to deliver normal but have fear of labor pain and tearing.plz suggest me how to cope out of it.

I have gone through natural labor 4 times, about to be 5. It does hurt and sometimes you tear (I did every time) BUT when that little angel is placed in your arms you forget about the pain you went through and it's 100% worth it all. It's normal to be worried but you will be fine. =)

There is an unknown about pregnency and birth.You don't know until it happens. Everything happens for a reason.
