As most people knows, China has a long history and diverse diets.
There are some famous Chinese dishes which popular in the world like Moo Shu Pork, Kung Pao Chicken,Spring Rolls etc.
I want to get the information that have ever tasted the chinese food?

i love Ma La Xiang Guo, Ma La Huo Guo...generally the spicy hot pot series..

@Beasbruce yes, i know. in Singapore, there are stalls/ restaurants run by Chinese from China, if you tell them "da la jia ma" they will cater to you and it will be as hot as those you have in China..

I have often eaten the Chinese food sold in the UK in Chinese restaurants and takeaways (and as TV dinners) but I understand that many of those dishes were developed for Western tatstes and so not all of them are authentic Chinese dishes.

@asfarasiknow Yeah,different people have different taste.
What the restaurants should do is make the food more common taste.
But,I do like something special.
Like Pita Bread Soaked in Lamb Soup made in Lanzhou,China.

Yes,you are right!
Many of them are not traditional chinese dishes.
If you want to have the real chinese taste,just come to China!!!

Oh yes, i love Chinese foods , specially those dumplings , spring rolls , Peking Duck , and a lot more . They are all so delicious .

There are many different food materials can be put into Dumpling Wrappers.
I'd like to make the shrimp meat inside.

I'd say I love all of them. I've tasted sweet & sour pork, peking roasted duck, chow mein, steamed dumplings, spring rolls, gong bao chicken, spring rolls, egg fried rice, won ton soup, etc.
