A text message was sent to me by our clinical coordinator: I will have 2 duty days next semester. The slot for medical ward for level 4 students was removed; they will have their duty at orthopedic ward. That is fine with me, but my colleague (Ms. DLM) whom our coordinator thought had preceptorship training in medical ward, cried, according to another colleague, Ms. CC. She, Ms. DLM literally begged to our coordinator to be given work load. (Our coordinator informed her that since she was not trained at medical ward, she will not be given load, so no work for her this second semester). But because of her cries and begging, she was given a 2-day load at surgery ward. For me, I accept the 2-day load. I am tired handling 2 groups of students every week. Maybe, I will have 4 days by next school year when I am fully rested. Even if I will have 2 days duty, I will be happy to be here as often as I was during summer break.

That's good then , so you can have more rest and be here on those days of rest . At least , you now have a working son who can just give you money for everyday living needs .

my son is searching for an offline job now. i told him that it is time for him to have his online job as his part time work, and have a taste of how it is to work in an office.

@antonbunot the only thing that I want to convey to the VPAA and the president of the school, even though I am committed to them, they ignore my wish to be considered a fulltime employee, having worked for 12 years yet no 13th month pay
