Only eight thirty five pm but I fell aslee p
and woke to some odd page extolling the
virtues df windows .
So this is my going to bed hope you are
having a great evening or morning wherever
you are in mylot land. May your troubles
all be small ones and your fortunes ten'
times ten and now Im heading slowly
to turn off my computer and read and
snack and relax.

I used to sleep at my computer all the time, but I've not done that for over a year now. I don't know what the difference is. I think I'm working more but napping less. Quite an odd conundrum. If I went to bed at or somewhat after 8:30, I'm not sure that I'd be able to sleep the whole night through.
As it was, I went to bed shortly after midnight, last night and still wasn't able to sleep much past 7:30am. I had to get up to use the facilities, and then I could hear all the trucks and birdies outside the window. Closing the window didn't help either. I finally got up a little after 8am.

@Hatley I napped more some years ago before I began working full-time. For whatever reason I don't seem to get as tired anymore.
