No he was not yes he was inpeach, but the final results were that he was acquitted. there are people who think he was remove from office, If that was true Al Gore would of been President since he was the Vice Presdent at the time. The term for a President being removed from Office is: Recall. Impeachment is simply, one could say, public 'scolding' of a public servant(President, governor, etc). Bill Clinton was impeached, but, not recalled. Nixon was also impeached, but, 'resigned' his post so as to 'not' get 'recalled'.
