This should be: "There were no shoes that fitted his feet." Since the sentence is in the past tense, the verb 'fit' must also be in the past tense.

As it stands, it is not grammatically correct but it very much depends on what you mean to say. Possible correct sentences would be: "There were no shoes to fit his feet" (meaning that there were no shoes of the right size to fit his feet) "There were no shoes fit for his feet" (meaning that none of the shoes were of good enough quality for his feet)
