Here's what we had at mi casa tonight. I cooked for well over an hour and then I decided that I wasn't even hungry enough to eat much, so my plate is just sitting in the fridge. .
What I did eat was good and I suppose it will be just as good later when I reheat it.
What did everyone else have?

i don't feel like eating after cooking. i need to rest a while. when i finally feel hungry, sometimes i just eat something else.
