I want to start a business on special cuisine resturant in foreign country

Dear friend on mylot,I want to start a resturant on other countries. Could you give me some advices, and anyone who want to cooperate with me? I am good at cooking Ningbo cuisine which is have thousands of years history in China. And,I do believe that I will make it better to adapt to most of people's taste in your city. Labor charge,rent and veg and non veg food materials charge is crucial in business. Good taste and service of course attract more.

China is a huge country, different people in different area may create local own special cuisine. The different culture in China also will be key point that effect people's choice of food. Ningbo is a coastal city in China. And people here like the seafood ,New Year Cake,Lard dumplings etc. Hereby one of New Year Cake Cuisines' picture.

chinese food is everywhere, maybe you can also try it in jogjakarta, indonesia , in near a campus are, with a cheap price, i thinks you must try it..

@Beasbruce not too expensive if you compare with what you get in near campus area here, because yogyakarta is education city, there's more then hundred University here.. of course there's a hundred thousand student here..
