Hello there. I just returned from a trip in the Himalayas. It was quite cold. Aftermath of that was, me brainstorming. I compiled a list of must carry items when travelling. Specially unorthodox places. 1. Swiss Knife 2. Multiple handkerchiefs 3. Spare cash (hidden) 4. Few ornaments (for barter in emergency) 5. A map and compass 6. First aid items 7. A cap, a shawl, a scarf and rubber bands 8. Carry tea bags, Dry fruits and few maggie packets 9. Always exercise every morning before your day 10. Finally its useful to grow a bread (even short) before a trip
