The More That I Craved !

Since I only eat bread with fillings and coffee for breakfast at 6:30 a.m. , to avoid getting late at work , I would be hungry at 10:00 a.m. , our snacktime .
I always have my packed rice for lunch , so, at snacktime I would buy my viands at our canteen and eat my early lunch or brunch in my office room.
But this morning , at only 9:00 a.m. I was already hungry !
Thus , I ate my pack of sweet macapuno (young coconut candy ) , the only food in my drawer. However , the more I ate them , the more I craved for a meal .
Hence when the guard told me that the food concessionaires were already at the canteen at 9:45 a.m , I went there and bought my viands . When the bell rang at 10:00 for the snacktime , I was already eating .
Gosh , have you felt this way ? The more you eat of something , the more you craved for a meal ?

I like macapuno candies, though I am afraid to eat sweets; nice to know you also have peanut rolls.

I am alway full because I eat 5 times a day! i dont gain weight anyway. I have a healthy balanced diet though. I do crave certain Junkfoods but I dont eat them anymore ever since I turned 30. I heard heart disease starts with this age.

Wow , you don't gain weight despite eating 5 times a day . How i wish i still have that kind of metabolism , so i can eat and eat without being afraid of getting fat .
That is good that you don't eat junkfoods anymore since reaching 30 . I do eat junkfoods once in a while just to taste if i still like them as before , And i discovered i don't anymore .

@SIMPLYD I am eating my breakfast right now! 2 boiled eggs, chopped Roma tomatoes (sprinkled with patis) , a cup of boiled white rice, a cup of black coffee, and banana . . Those are what a poor fil-canadian like me usually eat for breakfast . . . for lunch just boiled rice sprinkled with patis . . for dinner nothing . . coz I am saving for airline fare to balikbahay.

It seems you like patis so much because you sprinkle it in your boiled rice and tomatoes . I suppose you don't have high blood?
I also love bagoong . I always have a dip of bagoong with lemon drops and chopped Thati chili . Makes me eat so much . Love it . But i think there's none there except maybe when you go to a Filipino store?

@SIMPLYD O, we have almost all Philippine foods here . . . including talbos ng kamote, malunggay, okra, and so on. Pangasinan bagoong, munamun at hipon . . we have them, too. In fact, lots of different Philippine products and lots of different Filipino personalities are here in Calgary. The only ones that we don't have yet are pickpockets.

Oh i am sorry i made you hungry looking at those sweets.
I realized sweets should really be eaten as desserts . Because if we eat it before a main meal , the more it would make us eat a lot during meal time .
They're actually my desserts after lunch . But since i am already very hungry and the food concessionaires haven's arrived yet , i just have to eat some of those .
