ignore them, they are scammers because they dont have a legitimate address. your prize is pending because you havent played yet. you need to subscribe and PAY them from your CREDIT CARD, then you can proceed playing the lotto, thats the only way you can win the true prize. But you CAN NEVER WIN here. there's one in a million chance to win in a lotto.
