Hard Construction work

Today I am not happy because I did a very hard work on the site. I broke a concrete ark Pilar by a big drill hammer. This morning my boss informed me that he needed the work to be done on time.. "Pull everything down he said" I told him to consider safety first. So I advised him to buddoze the concrete but he refused. More so, I have no choice I am in another man's land. I did the job nicely. Can you do such a work? If you are a laddy ,can you advise your husband or future partner to do the work?
