Would you rather renting a house or buying a house?

sometimes we have no choice but to rent depends on our job/business but it is always good to have your own -- a home when you get old.

We have owned quite a few houses already, never rented one.

I'd love to own someday because renting is very costly where I live!

I'd prefer to own my own home because when you're renting there's always the risk that the owner will want you to leave and you'll suddenly need to find a new place to stay.

Here in our place, it's good to have a house of our own than renting.

I'd rather rent. In the city where I live, it's a bit crowded and I don't see houses for sale. There are condo units for sale. But still, I'd rent because everything will depend on my work.

It really depends on where you're at in life as this article points out: But my preference would be to buy rather than rent because at least you own the property and can build equity and get some major tax writeoffs. Also, you can even rent out a room if you're really strapped for cash. Also, I don't like landlords lol...

Every one like their own house. But the financial situation or the job purpose they like to live on rented apartments. I don't think that some persons like rented apartment only even they are stable in their finance. I am staying in my own house.

If you know you'll live there for ever, or at least for a long time, then buy. If you are not stable financially yet, then rent.
