Inflammation can change our mood, so better learn how to deal with inflammation. There are many things that can help. Sunshine or vitamin D3 and nuts and some other nutrients, rich in healthy fats.. So let's eat nuts, instead of going nuts..
Depression is increasingly recognized as a problem rooted in chronic inflammation and it can have a profound impact on your mental health.

I also like coconut oil and mix it with cocoa powder and a little honey or stevia. Organic, if possible!

@enlightenedpsych2 My husband is a very stressed man, he is too much concerned for everything, he is a perfectionist and of course many things of our modern days make him unhappy. As a consequence, he suffers of periodic depression, that worsen in autumn and winter. We are married from 45 years, he always had this problem and his Mom told me sort of he was born with it. When this happens, it's hard for him, it's not easy for those who love him.
