One month ago, I had a very high blood pressure up to 180/100. The doctor immediately prescribed medicines to be taken for one month. He said I have to be back if my medicines are all consumed. They were all consumed yesterday, so I have no choice but to see the doctor today. I hope I won't have a high BP this time. Wish me luck.
Are you healthy today?

No, I am not healthy. I have very badly injured shoulders and rhinitis so get sick a lot in winter. I have run out of my medicine and felt the effects. I have to wait a month to get new medication.

I hope your BP is normal today. I got my first normal reading this week for which I was very happy.

If you think that you got B.P: it will be there in you well in advance. Better you leave this thought and consult the doctor quite casually. However, I will pray for you.

I really hope that you have normal blood pressure when you see the doctor.
Am I healthy today?
I am a lot more healthy than I have been in a long time.
Over the last 5 months I have lost quite a lot of weight and the difference in me is there for all to see.
My blood sugar has been normal for 18 weeks on the spin.
And I can do things again now that I had thought I might never do again.
I want to get really healthy and stay healthy.
Do you know what caused you to get high blood pressure?
