How do you pamper yourselves?

How old we get, most of us sometimes long for the pampering we had as kids. We all have our own challenges, and despite having them, we have to be strong, take care of the household, ensure everything runs smoothly. And between all these, we deserve to stop at being pampered. whenever i feel like that, i wish to go back to my parent's place for few days. if that's not possible, I go for a body spa and lots of shopping. What about you? What do you do to pamper yourself?
