Lonely guy
With the polka dot bow tie,
Messed up hair,
No rhythm.
No flair.
Just a fish in the pond,
Hidden in the lawn,
With an expression of glum,
Licking his thumb.
Poor lonely guy,
No one notices him around.
He's just a background figure
Who never makes a sound.
Say hello if you see him.
Make him feel worthwhile.
Then maybe, just maybe,
The lonely man might smile.
