knowledge? or certificate?

In recent days, I observed most of the famus people or not that much educated. But knowledge. I want to know, is it necessary to have certificat or degrees or just knowledge makes sense?

Degree or knowledge is no guarantee of wisdom. Some people who have not even cleared their class X exam may be much more wiser than a person who is a Post Graduate of holds a Doctorate Degree. Wisdom is in born and some of the wisdom is acquired through experience and our upbringing.
