Comparing me to my Brother Girlfriend

i almost flipped my lid. I stopped to ask my parents to exact size of baggies for the suitcase. Here my sister and Mom were commenting about the position and interview I had. Now I laugh at how they are moking me basically. Unlike them I don't depend on a man, and have everything I have for myself NOT from a man LIKE THEM. They couldn't support themselves, and their jobs were handed to them through people they knew. So I just got a call that I got the job,I haven't told them. My sister said my brother girlfriend applied, well clearly she was one of the people he found ridiculous like he told me in the interview. They kept saying how competition. Well hate to burst their bubble she is immature, no responsibility and can't hold a job. She has had more jobs than I have ever in my life. She just doesn't want to work, and expect to work as her parents hand her everything. I just laughed I said unlike her I actually work for what I have and want. Clearly they are jealous of something if they need to talk down and make fun of me and people wonder why I don't talk to any of them.
