Rice water

So does rice water really make your hair healthier and longer I heard of people doing this in different countries

I heard about this but never actually tried it. anyway maybe I will give it a shot since I would love to have long hair

I haven't heard people using rice water to treat their hair. How about you? Have you tried applying it on your hair yet? You have beautiful and shiny hair.

You soak rice in water over night then use the water from the rice to wash hair
