Buko Midnight Snack

Hello Guys! I was not here on MyLot the whole day. In fact I just started Mylotting an hour ago. At last I am finished with my notification. Now it is almost midnight and I am getting hungry. This afternoon, my nephew climbed our coconut tree in our backyard. He was harvesting our ripe brown coconuts as we were scared that they will just fall down and hit our heads. As my nephew was already climbing our coconut tree, I asked him to harvest young coconut fruits / buko as well for our afternoon snack. My brother was cutting the young coconuts and I gathered the coconut water into our huge pitcher. My cousin was then scraping the young coconut meat for us to make Buko salad. We had our fresh delicious Buko salad with plenty of coconut water. Have you tried Buko salad? Buko salad is a young coconut meat scraped and mixed with condensed milk, coconut water and biscuits. Now I have to go to the kitchen and eat some leftover buko salad. See you tomorrow. I will sleep after eating. Good night!
