Lucid dreaming

More often than not, having lucid dreams means I am having a restful sleep. I have more energy in the morning and I feel good the whole day. Do you have any tips in attaining deep sleep? Good night, mylotters!

i keep 20 minutes of something playing in the background when i try to fall asleep. It helps.
