Death. The final frontier or not depending on what you believe but in any case the end of life as we know it, aye aye Captain. So whether we will be beamed up or down to Heaven or Hades or be cremated to ashes or simply get eaten by worms the question here to answer is whether you fear death or not. Being in tbe Army I saw death and people dying on what would be an industrial scale compared to most. I know I am scared of dying. I know people will go on about tbeir faith helping them overcome any fear but when the chips are down and your last moments on the planet are upon you will you really have no fear. You find yourself on a plane thats going to crash. Certain death. Still no fear?? All the cliches about everybody dies, it happens to us all etc etc are just bravado in my humble opinion. You have a gun held against you head by some maniac or anyone I suppose who threatens you with the trigger being pulled and you will fear dying. Or a noose around your neck - or lying in a bed in some hospice or hospital. So. How about you. Scared of dying or what. Discuss.
