The typhoon, called "Haima", has landed in China recently. The landing place suffered a lot. Ningbo where I am living is far away from the landing place, but was influenced by "Haima" more or less.
The mini marathon hold by our company due to be committed tomorrow. But the activity is being put off because of the heavy rain caused by the typhoon. What add to the chaos is that my plan is completely disturbed.
Hope the damage caused by the damnable typhoon in our country can be controlled to a small scale.

In my city Guangzhou the students all had a day off. But we still had to go to work. Guangzhou is a lucky place because even though there are many typhoons, but most of the time it will not affect to our city so much. It is not like Shenzhen, Hong Kong, Shantou and so on. In fact today it is a little windy than before but that's all. No rains yet. It seems that tomorrow there will be a big rain but that's it. I heard that the typhoon already goes to another direction.

@transcendent I have to say that this typhoon doesn't give any bad effects on Guangzhou. It was supposed to have a heavy rain but as a matter of fact, the weather is fine.

I know this took place a few weeks ago. Did you have any damage there and are things back to normal yet?
