WAKING DURING THE NIGHT

Once, to pee.

I wake up a couple of times usually and then find it hard to get back to sleep. I usually watch tv for a little while and then I drop off to sleep again.

i always get up to go pee and then can't fall back to sleep

I get up so many times that i can't give you an exact number. I have 2 small children so i am constantly making sure that they are breathing, i also wake up if the dog barks, or the occationsal phone ringing in the night, also if i have to pee. I haven't slept a full night in years. But i wouldn't trade my kids for anything so i'm good, LOL!!!

I wake maybe 2 or 3 times, lately because of sneezing :-( It's really annoying! Sometimes I wake to my daughter :) She's 13 months old.

Yes I will get up a couple of times a night sometimes more, most of the time it's because one of the boys are waking me up.

Usually I don't, unless Im sick.

I wakes up whole night coz I work in night shift and sleeps in the daytime.

Mother nature calls me out of bed at least 2x in the night. Sometimes I am up 3-4x. Menopause sucks.

I typically wake once to use the bathroom.

I don`t wake during the night ! Only times are when i have nightmares and that is verry rare.

i think it feels good to wake up and then go back to sleep.
