When I have too much of anything (too much laughs or too much tears), I remember this one sentence pop out in my head, I first heard it while watching Teen Wolf. Means that things will always even out. No matter how bad ( or how good ) they always come back to the middle. And if you feel like been in the middle for too long, you also have to remember that at some point the scale has to tip one way or the other. Things are gonna get really good again or really bad.
