Have you ever hitched a ride on the back of a giant crocodile?

. Well, it was in 2010 when my husband and I went to Australia Zoo in Brisbane Queensland.. I saw this giant crocodile just casually walking very slowly minding it's own business when I decided to hitch a ride on it's back..It was scary.. Lucky it wasn't real or I won't be here to tell the story .. Seriously though, would you be brave enough to catch crocodiles in the wild like Steve Erwin and his team did?.. Bess.. .

You are courageous. I dream to have croco shoes, but maybe crocodiles are dreaming to have a human for lunch, so I prefer to stay away.

I dream of croc leather hand bag .. but apparently it's made to order and I think the cheapest one is half a million dollars..

@epiffanie They do not cost that much, but they are not cheap : a new Hermes croco bag costs between 6000 and 20000 Euros. The Birkin model, which has been removed by Hermes at the request of Jane Birkin might be a lot more expensive sold as a second hand : one of them was sold 202000 Euros in an auction sale in Hong Kong last year. This one was a good investment, but it is not rare to see second hand Hermes items sold more than their price as new.

Is this a real crocodile? It looks so huge! I think I am not brave enough to get close to it. Long time ago I had a photoshoot with a tiger and I was already so scared besides it. I will not dare to take such kind of risk again. I may not be lucky all the time

I used to think that it's only a matter of time for Steve Irwin .. I watched him a lot and yes he was crazy.. I remember when he took his baby son to the crocodile enclosure and tried to feed a croc.. baby in one arm and the piece of meat in one hand enticing the croc to got for it .. I held my breath I thought he was crazy for doing that ..

@epiffanie I guess his kids and wife are still very involved in that life style. He did love what he did too. I am just not one for living on the edge I guess. I am glad I did not see that episode, I would have been on the edge of my seat. My kids still watch those old shows and love them.

I would be much happier sitting in the safety of my home watching Steve Irwin on tv catch crocodiles for me! Well, not Steve himself since he's no longer with us, but crocodile hunters like Steve!
