Good morning everyone. I am back from my final weigh in at the Transformation Gym. I wasn't nervous because I knew that I had already surpassed the 20 pound threshold. The only thing left to find out this morning was how much I passed it by. Well, the results are in and I've lost 25 pounds in 6 weeks. That is pretty damn impressive if you ask me. And the most amazing thing is that it hasn't been all that difficult to do. Sure, the workouts themselves have been challenging but nothing that I couldn't handle. As long as I followed the diet instructions and showed up for the workouts, the weight kept coming off. What more can you ask for? I signed up to do another 6 week challenge because I certainly have more weight to lose. I have one week "off" and then it is right back to it. Stay tuned!
