I am a new user, so don't know what to write here so I started whatever came to my mind. Indian user might know about the poor education system in Indian. Colleges and universities are only focused in making money. The quality of education is seriously depleting. India is the highest producer of engineers. India is also the highest producer of unemployed engineers. According to a survey only 13 percent of engineers produced by India are good enough to do a engineering job. What do u think is the reason behind this?

From what i have noticed in my own college days is that a lot of the fault is also with the faculty. ...they pity some students and just give them passing marks. Maybe they are pressured...i don't know. But there are still people who "buy" degrees. So even when they pass out....they remain incapable. Then many of them have no choice but to change the course of their careers. It is quite a waste of their parents money too...since some parents take loans to get their child educated. It's kinda sad.

Reservation Quota will not bring good system anyway. Reason are many, but solution is to Follow Bhagwad Geeta orders by Krishna, not Vote Bank Policy.

@yaaryadav Hilarious is with you, when you come up with Yadav surname and then have a mock on Bhagvad Geeta. And Quota is also your part as OBC claims and riots.

@yugocean first of all I don't mock bhagwad Geeta. This is not about any religion or community or God or anything, if u want to debate about any of this start another discussion, I am ready. Yes, Yadav's are OBC, but I am against reservation based on caste. Reservation quota should be significantly reduced and should only be based on income. Establishing rules based on any single religion will definitely fail for India Is secular and has vast diversity in religions. So kindly don't go all religion with me. Let's not fight. Okay

I see Engineering Colleges of the locality packed with students. Surely, not all of them will be employed.
