One of my neighbors that I'm good friends with told me how she recently just got a new roommate which is a young women whose 21 years old. My neighbor is a very nice woman. She told me how she cleaned all of her utensils and plates in the kitchen that was stacked up on the table for a few days. When my neighbors roommate came home from work and came to get something to eat, she went to the kitchen she realized her plates, forks, spoons and bowls were all clean in the cabinet. My neighbor told me she started slamming things because she was upset and she screamed at her and told her "don't ever touch my sh*t, no one asked you too clean anything" I don't get it why is she getting mad because someone cleaned her dirty dishes? She told my neighbor that she was going to clean them and that she should never touch anyone's things because that's very disrespectful. I use to live with roommates and I was always cleaning after them and they didn't mind, actually they loved when I cleaned after them, but I don't get why is she mad over this. Would you get mad if someone cleaned your things?

Because probably it's not their home and it's a sign of shame and disrespect to the owner, most specially if that person didn't have the permission from the owner. Like my other mom's friend who did it once.

yes, it'd annoy me a lot...that's why I won't be living with anyone again as I hate people messing with my stuff.

I probably wouldnt mind as long as they are cleaned. I guess for me my thing is I want things done a certain way so it's just easier to do it myself I guess but to get upset like that doesnt make sense.
