She will go alone without me

My mom is going tomorrow on a trip to Zambales with other people of her age. It was a plan long time ago and I told her that I would go with her. But the problem is that I need to be at the school tomorrow. We have a seminar and once again, I am going to have my own talk in our school. I would love to go with her to take photos of her and assists her too but my responsibility at work got in the way. I couldn't say no to our school principal.
How I wish I could really go with her. I decided to give her pocket money so she can buy what she wants in her trip. I hope she will be safe and will enjoy the trip to its fullest.

@rymebristol! Thank you very much. As much as possible, I just want her to enjoy life. She had been complaining a lot about me so I work hard so that she will no longer complain. When I was a kid, I did not ask much money for her when it comes to my projects. I saved my allowance and spent it instead of asking her money.

@ramapo17 Thank you Nancy! I believe that she deserves it. She is always alone in the house with no one to talk too since my daddy passed away. I hope she can have more trip in the future.

I know how it feels... but we can't be with them all the time. Try to connect with her by calling her every night just to check. It will make you feel better knowing how her trip has been.

@rachz_kisses I miss her already. She does not have a mobile phone and she is not interested in it. The keypad is very challenging for her to use.
