We all have different variations. We all get motivated from different sources or things. We motivate someone we do not know. But I get motivated through watching Motivational videos, how you get motivated? Please share your experience...

I watch youtube videos and get motivation from experience of those who struggled like me.

I get motivated by listening to inspiring stories. I get motivated by reading too. Watching TedEx shows from youtube makes me motivated too.
