Dan's Christmas surprise !

Dan is my wonderful brother-in-law. He loves company,enjoys going to parties,and dancing.So naturally Dan loves to dress for the occasion.Dan boy loves a smoke and carries his bottle eveywhere he goes. He starts his day with a swig from the said bottle and by lunch time dan is friends with the world. He is in his late sixties now but gets very excited about Christmas and starts shopping for his clothes.Orders his suit well in advance, shirt and tie to match and of course the shoes can't be forgotten. last Christmas was no different,he bought his clothes and shoes and squirrels them away to be taken out on Christmas Eve when he gets dressed to attend Midnight Mass. In the hurry to get to church on time no one really notices things. All entered church and sat down, that's when my nephew started giggling, and every little while there would be another smothered giggle. We followed his gaze and we couldn't help but giggle too......there was Dan all suited and booted.... Dan had on new shoes for sure........ but they were odds.......one was black and the other was blue.
