It's nit even five am yet, and I am not at all excited about the fact. I will probably try to go back to sleep in a little bit. I am getting rather annoyed that I can't sleep all night. I may need to look into sleep aids from a doctor which I really have been avoiding.
But the Walmart melatonin just isn't doing it.
Anyway I hope everyone has a good start to the day.

What is the last time of the day that you eat or drink before you sleep? If you eat anything with carbs, remember that it will slowly turn into sugar and that gives you energy to burn. If you eat sugary foods, well, that is already sugar and will give you energy to burn. Eat a bit of cheese before you sleep with a milky drink warmed up with cocoa or a malted addition and that will make you feel sleepy. Don't drink coffee or tea, unless it's decaf after two in the afternoon. Make sure you get up at a set time every day, set your alarm if you have to and go to bed to sleep at the certain time every day too, your body will very soon get into the habit of sleeping at night.

I cant eat cheese or drink milk. Especially right before bed. Im lactose I tolerant.

@thislittlepennyearns okay, best you don't eat or drink dairy then. Maybe the best thing is to drink a cup of valerian, or hibiscus, chamomile, all of those are relaxants that will wind you down at the end of the day
