Ever sleep though a meeting?

I did this morning. I've been using the sun to get me up at 6:30 or so, even when I don't set my alarm. It shines brightly through my window, which faces East.
But it was cloudy this morning, and it's sprinkling now. I was exhausted after my 7-10 PM class last night, did a progress note and a bit of sanding, and fell asleep at about 1 AM on my bed with my guitar in my arms.
This morning, I woke up at 10 AM, exactly when my meeting was supposed to start. Fortunately, my Supervisor is cool, and we rescheduled for 11 AM. I even had time to take a shower and eat a banana. The meeting went fine.
Have you ever slept right through a morning of work or a meeting? I reckon taking care of ones body comes first.

@Drosophila Oh dear! If the teacher is "sensitive," like me, he (or she) might blame himself! My greatest fear is being boring.

Had quite a few experiences particularly at university. Luckily I never overslept when I went to work but I always did have to drag myself out of bed.

I have never missed a meeting or any other kind of personal meeting. Even though, arriving late to meetings or reunions is part of my culture, I always try to be punctual. The only time I have been late to one is because of the packed transportation; therfore, I always measure the time in advance

@TheHorse Yes, it is. Whenever a mexican is set for a meeting, never expect him or her to arrive on time. He or she will usually arrive 20 minutes later
