I have changed 3 times during my work career. the first job is in the north of China.and i stay there more then 4 years.no holiday no weekend and even no free time.i should stay at the workplace 24h all day. there is no place to cost and surely i save some money.and my second job is at a developed city in south China ,i work there only 1year because the boss did not pay my bonus(as much as wage) .to be honest we mostly base on bonus.the wage paid every month is so little just afford my daily cost. the last job since the social environment we have no program to do.of course we got no bonus.so i leave the company last week .i'm free now.and hunt for a new job or do business myself.

it's better to stay in a place with less change, l want to find a stable job, too. the income is most important to me now, because i 'm so poor. i can hardly afford a house in our city. 6000$ per /?,and i can only get less then 2000$ per month. while the minimum wage is 200$ in our city.

When I was young, I often changed my job. I am married and have a child. So I don't want to change my job often. Since I realize that jobs will not be prefect. As long as it is stable and the paid is OK, it will be fine with me. As I just focus on my family rather than my career at present.

it seems that ladies in China do more concerned about the family.my girfriend said she want to be a housewife last month. and if we have baby we can bring up by ourselves instead of leaving them at home in the small village by my parents.

@bluebirdfly That is necessary for children to stay with their parents. You will have a good relationship and therefore they will listen to you much more.

@bluebirdfly I actually survived at a place that was totally corrupt for 15 years. But I loved the work. I have good bosses at all three of my "main" jobs right now.
