I've been studying nutrition for a while, and discovered that the best breakfast is always composed of:
a good amount of protein (meat, eggs, that kind of stuff), with complex carbohydrates (wholemeal bread etc), and should be eaten within an hour of waking.
It helps a lot with maintaining good blood sugar levels, and gives you lots of energy to last until lunch!
