Do you sometimes skip your breakfast?

I was in a hurry to go to work this morning, so had no chance to have my breakfast. Now I'm already in my work place. I'm thinking of planning to bring food for the next days. I just wonder what food to bring. Do you sometimes skip your breakfast? Or do you always have it every morning? Image taken from pixabay

I skipped my breakfast once and after that, I did not repeat it. I got dizzy. I was very afraid I would collapse. My parents trained us to eat breakfast. I think it is the reason I cannot leave our house without eating breakfast.

@annierose Yeah, in that case we need to eat something as soon as possible as to prevent being collapsed.

I'm not much of a breakfast person. I don't always eat breakfast. I will sometimes, but not as often as I should.

@Ayuriny The doctor is monitoring quarterly my blood sugar , cholesterol and the others so if ever they go beyond the normal , they can prescribe medication or advise me to exercise more to lower them down . So , on that day , i fasted the night before . Anyway , my health insurance pays for them .

it really depends. Most mornings I will eat some toast it might not be right after I get up but I'll eat something. A lot of times I eat after my daughter goes to school so I'll eat around 8am.

@Ayuriny Sometimes, if I am in a hurry or there is nothing that I have a particular taste for, breakfast is something I may go without. It is not a good idea, but these days breakfast is proving to be good for better health. I rarely go without it now because I need it.
