I do not know what to do right now. Got a screaming toddler last night, he is crying I do not if it is the pain or the itch plus he is sleepy but cannot sleep. I see lots of rashes on his tummy, back arms and legs and also some on his face. I ask his nany where he get those and she said maybe on the guyabano trees at the back where is likes to go whenever he gets outside the house. He loves that spot though I kept him from going there. I tried to put some petroleum jelly because that is what I usually did if I got some rashes. I tried the diaper rash creams and some menthol balm but it only relieves him for a few minutes and he starts to cry again. :(
