To get relaxation. / myLot

If I disturbed for any reason, Then i just come to home, and watch my fishes in aquarium for few minutes. After that I gain some what relaxation. What you have to do for to relax your self?

I come on here and read the discussions and comment on things. It always makes me feel better. Just cuddling with my kitties always makes me feel better too.

If I had kitties, playing with them would have made me super relaxed, to the extent of sleeping!
