What's the best way to increase twitter follower? / myLot

This might sound a newbie question but I haven't used twitter for quite a while now. I started a new one recently and wanted to increase my ORGANIC followers. I have actually an old account with at least 5K followers. However, I think a very large portions of it are not organic... meaning I got them from other sites that automatically follows certain users. What I want in this new account are true organic followers who would interact with me as well. Any suggestions?

Frankly speaking I have no idea as I have no Twitter acxount, lol!~

Does the organic and inorganic make much of a difference? Just wondering

inorganic followers means, the owners uses some automated services to follow/unfollow other users. The disadvantage of this is, they are just like bots. They don't interact with users' post. So if you want to use twitter in marketing, having 100 organic users is better than having 5000 inorganic users.
