Have you checked your battery lately?

I mean your car battery, seriouslyNowadays things are not made to last.
Had to help someone to jump start the car. It worked for the moment but the battery died again after awhile. Good thing the person was not half way home or the situation could have been worse. Yes, it was already way pass midnight and the rain hasn't completely stopped and many places that were flooded have not yet subsided.
Had to push the car to the side of the road. Can't be helped even if it was a yellow line. Couldn't park in the inside part or could be towed off tomorrow
So here's the rhetoric question - when was the last time you paid attention to your car battery?

That was sweet of you to help someone jump start their car battery, and ten help them push the car to the side of the road.
My boyfriend's car we changed the battery last year ~ should last at least 3 years up to 5. And we also share a car that isn't a year old yet so I don't think the battery will need changing yet.

Yeah, had to borrow the jump start cables from the customer as I had none. Only go to work by bike. I was pushing it with another guy, so yeah.
It's good to get the car serviced from time to time, especially when it's new don't skip any of them

@zweeb82 OH I see.
You communicate by bike but you know how to jump start? That's awesome. :)
Yes, we always service our cars. And for the new year service is free for 2 years.
