Where do you get pictures?

I have been thinking the same thing.

I usually just take them myself. But there are plenty of sites out there that have royalty free pics. Just surf for it like this 'royalty free pics' and there will be a bunch that come up. Good luck!

The photos being posted should be from one's own collection. i.e. the person posting the pics has the copyright for them. I find pictures all over the internet that give me the copyright. only the ones that specify they are not for copy are the ones with no copyright. You can just type the word you want with photo after it and Wallah you have photos of that subject, some tell you they can not be produced and those are the ones you have no copyright to. Any photos you get in your email are yours unless it states they are copyrighted. So go get some photos!

This all depends on what I need the picture for, if I just need a basic clip art photo, there is a ton of sites for this however they usually require you to link back to their site, so here is what I do most of the time. I use photo's I've taken with my camera, I use photoshop to make my website banners and I use 3D editing software like Maya to create my true works of art. I think there is a large amount of ways in which you can get photo's, here is a particular photo that I've taken with my digital camera that I might get around to doing something with.

98% of the photos that I post are all taken by me. Photography is a hobby for me and I feel satisfied when the whole response, that is, the matter written and the pictures posted are all my own creation and idea. I am a little busy with my other work so I am at a loss of time to take new pictures that I can use for mylot discussions.

Most of my pictures were taken either by myself or by one of my friends. A few were gotten online, just make sure you have legal rights to use them.
