Nope, it's not the 4th of July, lol!~It was Deepavai yesterday. As we are from a multicultural country, during the festivities there's always the sound of fireworks. Guess what? Did you know they are actually banned but no one gives two hoots about it so yeah
We have it on the 1st of January, Chinese New Year - yes, for 15 days and somwtimes even mre. Then you have the Malay New Year which is the Hari Raya Puasa & also Hari Raya Haji or whatever you can name it. Malaysians are opportunists, lol!~ Of course Christmas can't be left out as well

The Malay new year or Hari Raya Puasa - the one that they celebrate after Ramadan which is their fasting month is one of the most celebrated throughout the Muslim world if I am not mistaken.
Then we also have here the Hari Raya Haji. If you are aware of the record in the Holy Bible, where Abraham brings Isaac up to Mount Moriah to be sacrificed - that was also recorded in the Quran.
Then there's also other festivities like Awal Muharram so on and so forth that the Muslims in our country celebrate.
