What would you do on your birthday to bring joy to others?

I saw this on one of our local humour website today. It's called SGAG.
This person pasted coins and post it notes saying “It’s my birthday. Have a drink on me” 
I think the person who did it was awesome! 
What are other acts you have experienced or seen that is simlilar?
"SGAG is the source for your daily dose of Singaporean humour." ~ that's how they described themselves.

Donate stuff to the needy and the poor. Visit an old age home and orphanage. Organise a luncheon in the Gurudwara.
