Bonfire Night but no Bonfires!!

It will be Bonfire night this Saturday 5th Nov and to my surprise there are only one fireworks display near us which i strange. I am hoping we will have more options soon as the one that is organised is not that good usually. Are you planning on going to any fireworks?

I never heard of fireworks on Halloween until I heard them last night! So strange.

It is not on Halloween but on the 5th November. Oh I thought it was a global thing! Guy Fawkes Bonfire night

Years ago we all had bonfires in our own back yards, or got together with neighbours. What fun we had - health and safety seems to take the fun out of everything nowadays. There'a a firework display in our town, but I don't think they have a bonfire.

The sale of fireworks is forbidden in Australia but we do have some great professional displays from time to time.

We did in the end. Managed to find one not that fair from my sister's home.
