Happy November, everyone! I love the months between September and December; you have the holidays and other events to look forward to, and the new season causes the change of scenery for a bit. :)
My Momma and little niece both have birthdays this month; two days apart actually lol. My niece will be turning seven-years-old, which has always been "Big Kid Status" to me for some reason. She's having a Superhero themed birthday party in a few weeks, so I'll be wearing my Pink Ranger (Mighty Morphin Power Rangers) gear for the occasion. :) I can just create the costume using my shirt, matching beanie and pink leggings, just like I did for Halloween last year.
I'm looking forward to Thanksgiving later this month of course. I love watching the parade on TV with the kids (while half-asleep for the first part of it haha), eating/napping and just being with everyone in general. It also starts the holiday season, which always gets me excited, so yayyyy. :) I've already figured out a few Christmas gifts, so I may start picking those up soon.
November is also Lung Cancer Awareness month, and I always start the month wearing white or pearl in honor of my Daddy (who we lost to lung cancer in June of 2013). The last few years, I have been starting the month with a homemade Lung Cancer Awareness shirt, thanks to one of my best friends who was kind enough to make/send it to me.
I hope you all have a wonderful November, and I hope the rest of the week is good to all of you. I'm gonna get started on my next writing order. Take care, everyone.

Sorry for the loss of your Dad. That is sad. Happy birthday to your mom and niece. My grandson will be 2 on November 11th and his Dad, my son, has a birthday on November 29th. My oldest sister's birthday is today and I have a nephew who has a birthday on the 5th and niece on the 9tb. So there are lots of November birthdays in my family.

I was unaware it was Lung Cancer Awareness month. I should let my son know since his father passed away last year from it.
This used to be a big month for birthdays, and even an anniversary, but such is no longer the case. There were three birthdays in a row - 10,11, 12 and my wedding anniversary on the 11th. But I've been divorced for 22 years and widowed for 1 year. My brother's birthday was the 12th and he passed in 2014. So now there is just my nephew on the 10th and my grandson on the 11th.
Dressing as the Pink Ranger for your niece's birthday sounds like it will be a fun time for you and everyone else in attendance.
This is also my favorite season coming up. I love Thanksgiving and of course Christmas.

Yeah, I don't think I knew prior to losing my Daddy, but I think we looked it up at one point. I am really sorry for your losses. :( I hope you can see your nephew and grandson (who shares a bday with my niece).
I'm excited to dress up one more time lol. :D It should be a fun party all around, and my niece loves the Pink Ranger (and superheros haha). She was the Flash for Halloween so she'll be wearing her costume again.
Yessss, I love the Thanksgiving/Christmas season. :D
