No power.

I woke up this morning to a phone call from a dentist apparently. It was an odd call, odd in many ways. The woman on the phone said because we lost power yesterday after the transformers blew in our area. The woman wanted to book Devin's appointment. It took me a few seconds to make the connection, don't know anyone named Devin. Our little town was in trouble without power yesterday, that's for sure. Nobody was able to function. I had no clue the power was out since we had ours working.

Power outages are very common where i am at....most people have small generators to power their homes for a few hours...the power usually comes back before the generator runs out.

I'm just not used to power outages, and I'm happy only the other half of town didn't have power and our half was fine
